HPI continues to invest in the strengths of its management team with the appointment of Phil Peace who steps into a newly created role - commercial operations director.

Peace joins HPI having previously held senior sales positions at Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions, Velo, Inchcape Fleet Solutions and EurotaxGlass’s.

“HPI is an established and reputable business, making this an exciting opportunity for me,” Peace says of his new role. “The already strong operations team has been at the heart of the success of HPI’s business, playing a vital role in separating it from the competition and securing its market leading position in an increasingly competitive market. I look forward to building on these strengths to offer wider data and service solutions to the automotive industry and cultivating profitable partnerships.”

Daniel Burgess, managing director of HPI, adds, “Phil’s vision and industry expertise make him the ideal person to drive the operations team to new levels of success. Through his leadership, we will be maximising opportunities for our core products, including the HPI Check, National Mileage Register and Investigations team, as well as Driveaway, our 7-day free insurance offering.

“We continue to set the industry benchmark with the quality and innovation of our service offerings. Phil’s appointment is the latest investment in our winning formula; ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our dealer community, partners and the industry as a whole.”
