Green Motion launches Northern Ireland car and van rental franchise

Rental provider Green Motion has opened its latest UK franchise in Northern Ireland as part of its plans to cover major airports.

The new franchise in Belfast will support both the international airport and George Best Airport (City airport) and will be able to service all inbound domestic and international travellers.

Green Motion will also offer both small and large corporate customers a full business rental service including corporate account management and collection and delivery.

The franchise has been awarded to father and son entrepreneurs, Wisper Gwena and Tinashe Gwena.

Richard Lowde, the founder and chairman of Green Motion, said: “Having coverage in Northern Ireland is of high strategic importance to a company.

“Both Wisper and Tinashe have demonstrated excellent commitment to the business and we are already seeing a healthy demand for both corporate and leisure customers.”
