Europcar Group appoints new chief operating officer

Didier Fenix has been appointed chief operating officer of Europcar and will be responsile for operations, fleet and mobility innovation activities.

Fenix, 48, joined Europcar in 1992 and has held various management positions, notably fleet director of Europcar Belgium and general manager of Europcar Belgium since 2002.

He is a member of Europcar group executive committee.

Roland Keppler, chief executive officer of Europcar Group, said: “Operations are a key component of our transformation program and I am highly confident that Didier will bring with his deep experience a solid contribution to our current and coming plans to make Europcar a leading mobility player.”
