Leeds-based Zenith has been awarded a Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Award, celebrating the best businesses in Yorkshire.

Zenith won the category ‘Companies with a turnover above £50 million’. This is the fourth award the growing vehicle leasing and fleet management company has won and follows several accolades last year.

The awards are described as highlighting the world-class companies and individuals who are playing a vital role in delivering prosperity and growth to Yorkshire through ingenuity, inspiration and hard work.

Keynote speaker was Patrick McLoughlin, the Secretary of State for Transport, and the event took place at the Queens Hotel in Leeds.

Tim Buchan, Zenith’s chief executive, said: “Once again what a great achievement for the team. As a company founded and based in Leeds we feel especially honoured and privileged to be recognised in these top Yorkshire awards and to be ranked alongside the region’s best businesses.”
