Stolen vehicle recovery (SVR) and fleet telematics provider Tracker has appointed Keith Reed as head of marketing.

Bringing more than 16 years’ experience in global marketing, specialising in customer retention, Reed will play a key role in promoting Tracker’s SVR and fleet offerings to both the consumer and trade markets.

Prior to joining Tracker in this newly created role within the company, Reed was consumer marketing director for Juniper Networks, leading a multi-channel and multi-national launch strategy for the mobile app market.

He was also principal consultant for Infosys Consulting, providing specialist senior-level marketing strategy, ecommerce and customer experience planning.

In his new position at Tracker, Reed will lead the overall marketing strategy, including bringing to market new products and services to widen its customer propositions.

Stephen Doran, managing director of Tracker, said, “We have a number of strong initiatives coming this year, as well as plans to develop our technology to benefit some new and surprising markets. This an exciting time to be joining Tracker and we will continue to invest in industry talent, such as Keith, to implement plans."
