Accident Management specialists WNS Assistance have moved to new premises in Ipswich from Tuesday 28th May 2013.

The new offices are based in the heart of Ipswich and provide WNS with enhanced facilities and the opportunity to expand to service new business wins; while still ensuring staff benefit from the many perks of working within the centre of town.

Assistance Court provides purpose-built office accommodation, solely to WNS and has been completely refurbished to WNS specifications. Staff consultation demonstrated that 82% of employees would prefer to remain located in the centre of Ipswich, and the work undertaken to prepare the new premises ahead of the move has been designed to ensure that the office remains fit for purpose for the long-term, to reflect WNS’ commitment to offering skilled claims jobs in the Ipswich area.

The office move represents one of a number of large scale investments WNS are making in the business during 2013 and demonstrates WNS Global Services commitment to future growth in WNS Assistance. The move to Assistance Court comes in the 25th anniversary year for the Assistance business and is alongside significant investment in cutting-edge IT platforms that will be delivered over the next 12 months.

Both the premises and technology investments further enhance WNS’ ability to deliver a seamless service from two multi-skilled operational motor centres in Ipswich and Manchester.

WNS Assistance Managing Director, Tim Rankin, said: “WNS are committed to remaining in Ipswich in the long-term to draw from the wealth of skilled claims handling experience available in the city. 2013 is proving to be a very exciting year for our business, as we celebrate 25 years in the industry, as well as a number of new client wins and technology developments. The move to Assistance Court provides us with the scope to continue to grow our business and provide claims service excellence to our clients and their drivers.”
