Zenith has extended its employee wellbeing programme to include additional support and education, with a particular focus on wellbeing and resilience.

The 2 star accredited ‘Best Company’, is holding lunchtime seminars for employees on a range of topics, including stress awareness, building resilience, positive thinking and the link between nutrition and mental health.

Zenith places great importance on its 210 employees, with a range of schemes within the wellbeing programme, including an online health portal offering personalised tips on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and yoga classes in the Zenith ‘Loft’ every week.

Marisa Jerrison, head of human resources and development for Zenith, said: “Our wellbeing programme has grown with the company and aims to help all our employees get the best out of their personal and professional lives. It forms part of our investment in our people, ensuring that Zenith is a great place to work, our employees are well looked after and they are happy and motivated. We expect the programme to also further enhance our strategy of recruiting and retaining the best people.”
