Business Driver launches in vehicle training programme

Business Driver has released a new in vehicle training programme, ‘Driving with Advanced Safety Systems’.

“As the development of autonomous cars gains pace in the UK, Business Driver have developed a driver training program for the Advanced Safety Systems that are currently available," said Sebastian Goldin, managing director.

The Driver Training Course, which typically takes a half-day and will focus on driver behavior, attitude and distraction, as well as overreliance on the systems and enforcing that the driver is always in command of the vehicle.

The driver will also receive a full briefing on the controls and capability of their vehicle and how
to maximize the safety benefits of being supported by Advanced Vehicle Safety Systems.

"We are already seeing many of our clients testing these safety systems on their car and
van fleets and are working in partnership with our clients to maximize the safety benefits of
these system", continued Goldin.
