Auto Windcreens has named two champions in its annual Clearly the Best 2017 competition.

Technicians Steve Abrahams and Luke Allies have been recognised for their talents, with Abrahams taking first place in the competition.

The duo battled it out against three Auto Windscreens’ colleagues in front of industry guests and suppliers at the final. Technicians from across the company entered to demonstrate their excellence in vehicle glass repairs and replacements, with five finalists determined through a series of heats assessing customer service, industry knowledge and practical expertise.

Tony Green, Auto Windscreens’ technical and innovation manager, said: “Clearly the Best recognises the crème de la crème at Auto Windscreens and is an opportunity for technicians to showcase their repair talents.”

Both finalists will now take part in the annual Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO) at Auto Glass Week in Florida.
