S&G Response announced expansion plans following a reported record year of growth in 2017.  

Its journey throughout 2017 has focused on diversification and strategic change, enabling  the business to expand the portfolio of services.

S&G now offers a range of insurance back-office solutions, including a fully contracted private car and Low Carbon Vehicle (LCV) repair network, a separate Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) network and a full third party claims handling function.

At the start of 2017, it appointed Daniel Chesney as commercial director and Charles Layfield as chairman, who ignited plans to invest into additional resources along with the expansion of business premises.

Following the investment of £1 million to the expansion project , the had office site had additional space and was able to advertise new job opportunities. It’s staff has increased throughout 2017 by almost 30%.

S&G Response’s managing director Andy Whatmough said: "2017 has been our best year on record and being able to invest so much into our infrastructure to develop the business even further gives us a strong platform to continue with our ambitious growth plans."
