Fleet News is extending its new Diversity and Inclusion fleet category at the Fleet News Awards 2022 to encompass Wellbeing.

It is one of a number of awards that will recognise excellence in the fleet industry at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on March 16.

Stephen Briers, Fleet News editor-in-chief, explained: “Wellbeing is equally as important a subject as diversity and inclusion and, for a lot of companies, the two are closely related. We felt that bringing them together would provide a holistic opportunity to recognise and honour the companies that are looking after their car and van drivers in the best possible way by being an inclusive employer that priorities the mental health and wellbeing of their staff.”

If you've not yet entered for an award then be quick – the closing date is Friday, November 26.

Fleet News presented its first Wellbeing trophy to Arval UK at the FN50 Dinner in November, recognising suppliers that were putting staff welfare at the heart of their culture. This new category is open for end-user fleet decision-makers only.
