Registrations are now open for Fleet & Mobility Live, the UK’s leading fleet exhibition and seminar show, on October 3 & 4 at the NEC, Birmingham.

The two-day event, brought to you by Fleet News, is free to car and van fleet decision-makers and offers three dedicated seminar theatres with 18 sessions, more than 30 speakers and an exhibition hall packed with the latest electric vehicles and innovations from the UK’s leading fleet and mobility suppliers.

The EV Theatre is back and bigger than ever for 2023 and will see fleets of all sizes share their story on their path to electrification, with advice on charging, driver buy-in, reimbursements, alternative fuel strategies and more.

The Fleet & Mobility Theatre will help delegates learn all about the latest operational strategies and developments across areas including safety, efficiency, cost control, driver recruitment, compliance and future fleet operating models.

The Finance & Benefits Box Theatre is for fleets and those in the HR, benefits, finance and procurement sectors who also have responsibility for taking care of company car and van drivers.

This theatre includes special sessions focused on helping those in attendance with tips and the latest thinking on areas such as fleet insurance, salary sacrifice, fleet benefits, taxation and total cost of ownership.

Stephen Briers, Fleet News group editor, said: “We're confident this year's show is going to be the biggest Fleet & Mobility Live ever and provides a unique opportunity to engage and connect with the fleet community.

“The show helps facilitate access to the best knowledge, learning and peer groups across the industry, helping the fleet sector to connect, learn, share and discover new ways to improve their business operations.

“We’ve worked hard to create a community-driven show that will help support the development of skills and talent throughout fleet via our content-driven seminar programme.

“Those signing up for their free ticket will get access to the best suppliers in the fleet and mobility industry, including the latest electric and alternative fuel vehicles, as well as innovative technologies to help manage vehicles and drivers.”

SMS, the smart energy infrastructure group, is headline sponsor at this year’s Fleet & Mobility Live.

Mark Winn, head of EV strategy at SMS, said: “Fleet & Mobility Live is a must-attend event for anyone playing a part in facilitating the industry’s seamless transition to EV.

“Our team of experts will be onsite to provide fleet managers, directors and their procurement teams with accurate insight, guidance, and practical advice on all aspects of EV charging.

“Whether a business is still grappling with developing a feasible plan or is unsure if the charge points it has chosen to implement are fit for purpose and future proof, we are here to help."
