This two-day showcase is designed to allow attendees to learn of best practices and practical innovations or recommendations that can be taken back to their fleets. Both days of Fleet & Mobility Live will include talks and group sessions across a variety of topics that fit into three focused theatres of discussion:

Fleet Management Theatre: Attendees will gain insights into the everyday basics of running a fleet. Attention will be given to areas like safety, compliance and electrification.

Strategy and Leadership Theatre: Visitors will examine areas of the sector with the greatest impact on how fleets operate. Themes of discussion will include challenges, transferrable skills, and establishing durable policy strategies.

HR, Finance and Procurement Theatre: Examining fleet responsibilities and how they can be incorporated into the various departments across an organisation. This theatre is aimed at HR, finance and procurement professionals and will touch on topics like TCO, salary sacrifice, and the relationship between procurement and fleet.
