Auto Windscreens celebrates International Auto Finance Network Award win at BIBA 2015

Auto Windscreens was celebrating at BIBA 2015 after receiving an award for its commitment to customer satisfaction. It won the award for ‘Best Customer Service’ at the International Auto Finance Network Awards 2015, held at the Hilton, Canary Wharf on 13th May 2015.

Managing director, Chris Thornton and sales director, Marc Lafferty were pleased with the news which coincided with the insurance industry event of the year, BIBA 2015. This is the businesses’ second award in the last fortnight after winning the Modern Claims ‘Client Care Award’ 2015 on the 30th April 2015.

The International Auto Finance Network Awards, which are in their third year, are designed to celebrate innovation in the auto finance industry. The winners were selected by a diverse range of judges, including David Betteley, global financial services director of Jaguar Land Rover and Nigel Malcolm, chief Executive officer of fleetcare Australia.

The businesses’ demonstration of excellence and commitment to customer service were commended by the judges.

Chris Thornton, managing director, commented on the win: “To once again be awarded for our superb customer service is a dream come true. We go to great lengths to deliver total customer satisfaction and recognition of our efforts as the best in the industry makes all our endeavours worthwhile. This award is a step further towards achieving our goals and building on our already excellent reputation.”
