Nissan will reinforce its growing stature in the fleet sector with a major presence at this year’s Company Car In Action event.

The brand’s corporate sales team will attend the 25th anniversary event in force to showcase its product line-up and underline its fleet proposition.

A total of 10 Nissan models will be available for test drive around the Millbrook hill route and track, including the company’s range of crossovers – Juke, Qashqai and X-Trail – and the Pulsar family hatchback.

Delegates will also be able to find out first hand about Nissan's electric vehicle sales and technology.

The all-electric Leaf, which clocked up more than 1,200 fleet registrations in 2014, will also be available to test drive alongside and its larger e-NV200 sibling in both panel van and Combi guise.

Nissan’s appearance at CCIA 2015 comes of the back of a record year for fleet sales in the UK. The brand last year sawergistered 63,358 passenger cars to fleet customers – an increase of 13.6% on 2013.

As a result, Nissan now ranks sixth in the UK fleet car sales charts.

Barry Beeston, corporate sales director at Nissan Motor (GB), said: “Nissan has made great strides in improving its fleet proposition in recent years and we now have one of the strongest and most compelling offerings in the marketplace.

“That development will continue  and we look forward to meeting many fleet operators and business car drivers at CCIA and telling them how we’re best placed to meet their needs.”

Company Car In Action takes place on June 16 and 17 at Millbrook Proving Ground.
