Visitors attending Fleet Management Live will be able to calculate and offset their CO2 emissions from travelling to the event thanks to BP.

Fleet Management Live is Fleet News's major new event, which is free to attend and offers a host of networking opportunities, as well as best practice workshops, seminars, and advice clinics to keep company car decision-makers up to date with the latest developments in fleet and to help them tackle their fleet challenges.

It only takes a minute to calculate CO2 emissions from travel, visitors simply need to go to the BP stand with their vehicle registration or travel details and BP will offset their impact.

James Fields-Davis, BP UK fuel card marketing manager, said: “In partnership with our not for profit offset team, BP Target Neutral, for every tonne of CO2e your fleet produces, you can contribute to carbon mitigation projects throughout the world to offset your fleet’s CO2e impact.

“We are supporting our customers with the increasing pressures around carbon reduction and corporate social responsibility. BP Plus Fuel Card customers can take advantage of an immediate and cost effective way of offsetting part of or its entire fleet’s emissions.”

BP’s solution enables fleets to compensate their environmental impact in order to meet increasing stakeholder expectations, demonstrate leadership, differentiate from competitors and engage internal and external stakeholders in their positive actions.
