R2c Online has launched a new digital workload management tool with the aim to maximise revenue and optimise resources for workshops.

The ‘Workshop Loading’ product uses digital T-cards and drag and drop calendar technology to assign allocation of work to the shop floor; automatically tailoring work to the skill sets and availability of each technician.

‘Workshop Loading’ integrates into r2c’s existing portfolio of digital vehicle maintenance and compliance solutions, including online inspection data entry, invoicing and driver pre-use check tools.

R2c Online’s managing director  Nick Walls said: “We’ve focused on ensuring that fleet operators and workshops are getting all that they want and need out of a single platform, with an all-inclusive programme to help ease the transition.”

As standard, r2c customers also receive a personalised implementation, training and support programme to help each business successfully make the move to a digital management system.

“We’re continually looking at ways to help the industry adapt and move forwards in an era that demands fast, high-quality output to maximise revenue,” said Walls.

“Our new ‘Workshop Loading’ takes advantage of some of the latest technology and has had really positive feedback so far; we think it’s set to take industry productivity and profitability to the next level in 2019.”

The product is currently being rolled out with a number of r2c customers, while an online demonstration can be requested.
