Infiniti has appointed a head of fleet sales to lead its new team of eight dedicated fleet staff.

Jonathan Reynolds has filled the new role, reporting directly to country director, Barry Beeston.

Reynolds has many years of fleet and retail experience with another automotive OEM and his appointment completes the department which is now fully operational.

With a sales increase running at over 180% for 2016, business activity within Infiniti has been running at a high pace.

Reynolds said: “I feel it is a key time for me to join Infiniti and head up their Fleet department, just as the product range is starting to penetrate into several areas of the fleet market place. The company clearly has some strong ambitions to be a serious player in the premium fleet market place and I am pleased to be involved with this challenge.”

Paul Grimsley will also be joining Infiniti, to look after re-marketing, residual values and service, maintenance and repair costs.

Beeston (pictured) said: “To ensure we maintain our service levels during this period of growth and also enable us to grow further we have been working hard to employ some of the best people in the industry, all with many years of experience that will enable us to offer a first class service in this unique market place.

“It’s fundamental that we have specialists who understand the market and a dedicated team to cover the specific areas of fleet, giving potential customers the confidence to purchase our product.”
