DS Automobiles announces pricing and specifications for new DS 4

DS 4

DS Automobiles’s new DS 4 hatchback range, which includes a plug-in hybrid model as well as petrol and diesels, will be priced from £25,350 on-the-road.

The DS 4 is available with an E-Tense 225 PHEV powertrain with CO2 emissions from 34g/km, a choice of three PureTech petrol engines – offering 130, 180 and 225PS – and a BlueHDi 130 diesel.

It is available in DS 4, Cross and Performance Line variants, with deliveries due later this year.

DS 4

DS4 variants are available in three trims: Bastille+, Tracadero and Rivoli.

Bastille+ come with 17-inch alloy wheels and add a chrome finish to the DS wings and upper window surrounds with gloss black door mirrors.

All models come with LED lights front and rear, while the infotainment system is controlled via a 10-inch HD touchscreen. Information for the driver is delivered via a seven-inch digital instrument cluster.

Also included is Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rear parking sensors and a reversing camera.

Trocadero models add 19-inch diamond cut allow wheels and a chrome finish to the grille. They also feature an upgraded DS Iris System infotainment system, which can be operated via the 10-inch touchscreem or via the DS Smart Touch gesture control system.

Rivoli equipment grade features black leather trim, while safety features are also added. These include DS Drive Assist which enables Level 2 semi-autonomous driving and incorporates adaptive cruise control with stop & go, and lane positioning assist.

It also features DS Matrix LED Vision headlights which automatically adapt according to traffic conditions, steering wheel angle, speed and weather conditions.

Performance Line

DS 4 Performance Line is available in two trims – Performance Line and Performance Line+, with both models featuring a sportier look.

The exterior trim features a gloss black finish for the front grille and DS wings, as well as privacy glass on the rear windows.

Performance Line models come with 19-inch diamond cut allow wheels, while its interior is trimmed in black alcantara.

They feature front and rear parking sensors with a reversing camera, LED front and rear lights, a seven-ichh digital instrument cluster and 10-inch central touchscreen.

Performance Line+ adds a number of driver assist and safety features, including advanced emergency braking system system and adaptive cruise control, in addition to the DS Iris infotainment system with DS Smart Touch and the DS extended head-up display.

Cross

The DS 4 Cross features SUV-inspired cues, including side skirts, gloss black roof bars, front and rear skids and black bumpers.

Two trims are available: Cross Trocadero and Cross Rivoli.

Cross Trocadero features 19-inch alloy wheels and the DS Extended head-up display.

Cross Rivoli has the DS Iris system and DS Smart Touch. It also includes keyless entry and start, while the DS Matrix LED Vision headlights incorporate a dynamic bending light function.
