Great Wall Motors (GWM) has revealed business and personal contract hire (PCH) rates for its first model, the Ora Funky Cat.

GWM Ora UK Leasing is offering its launch model to business customers from £199 (exc. VAT) per month, with an initial payment of £1,791 (exc. VAT), annual mileage of 5,000 miles per year, over 48 months, non-maintained and an excess mileage charge at 9.4 pence per mile.

PCH rates for retail customers will start from £239 a month.  

The lease rates are available for orders placed by July 31, with stock available for delivery in as little as one week.

GWM Ora UK managing director, Toby Marshall, said: “These new leasing rates will ensure that Ora Funky Cat is one of the most financially accessible BEVs (battery electric vehicles) in the market to both retail and business leasing customers.

“As a new brand, our strategy in the short term is focused on creating greater awareness and visibility of our products across the UK. These attractive new leasing rates will go some way to helping us achieve that.”

The Ora Funky Cat uses a 48kWh battery, offering a WLTP range of 193 miles.

The vehicle comes equipped with a high standard specification including: Adaptive Cruise Control, 360-degree cameras, LED Headlights and 18” Alloy Wheels.

Cat First Edition will also feature a maximum of 80kW DC rapid charging and come equipped with a CCS socket as standard.

The new Ora Funky Cat First Edition leasing rates are provided by GWM Ora UK Leasing and will be available via the Chinese manufacturer’s UK’s network of retailers.
