Axis Fleet Management has strengthened its sales and account management team with the appointment of five business development managers (BDMs) who will each cover dedicated UK regions.

The new staff will be responsible for managing client assets and promoting service standards across the company’s UK-wide operations.

They are Dave Taylor (Midlands region), Steve Finn (East Anglia), Eyan Clements (south central), Lee Eagle (south west and South Wales), and Nathan Keegan (north east).

The BDMs will report to Axis Fleet Management sales director Leigh Goodland.

He said: “These appointments are an exciting development for Axis Fleet Management. This investment in quality people is a key part of our strategic focus to develop a highly motivated sales team to enhance our customer service and the value-added solutions we deliver for clients."

Founded by its executive chairman, Robert J Montague CBE, Oxfordshire-headquartered Axis Fleet Management specialises in long-term contract hire and fleet management services, operating more than 3,000 assets including trucks, trailers, and rigids.
