Fleetondemand strengthens team and launches customer service centre

Mobility technology company Fleetondemand has appointed Paul Smith as its technical delivery director.

Smith brings significant experience from the banking technology sector in Africa, most notably overseeing the development and introduction of mobile banking apps and technology within Barclays.

Matthew Heald, operations director at Fleetondemand, said: "As a result of Paul joining our team we have launched a new customer service centre and support initiatives across our technology platforms.

"Our aim via the customer service centre is to improve our support ticketing process and query resolution times in line with our continuous user growth of businesses using our vehicle hire and new mobility platform Mobilleo."

Fleetondemand is a multi-platform technology company that connects thousands of business people to vehicle rental, car leasing and business travel services globally. 

Based in Yorkshire, the technology provider is responsible for responsible for multimillion revenues and transaction processing in the fleet sector.

Fleetondemand has also expanded its ranks with the appointments of Robert Dent as director of ground transportation and Mark Harwood as Mobilleo product director.
