BCA has announced the appointment of Ian Carlisle as divisional chief executive of BCA Services.

Carlisle (pictured) was formerly the chief executive for Paragon Automotive Group for 12 months before BCA acquired the business in 2016.

He has a broad career across a number of industries at a senior board level, including Marks and Spencer, Autoglass and Homeserve.

In his new role, Carlisle will take responsibility for BCA Vehicles Services, BCA Fleet Solutions, BCA Automotive and BCA Logistics.

BCA Marketplace’s executive chairman Avril Palmer-Baunack said: “We have formed the new services division to further accelerate our ability to deliver our vision of being the leading, integrated, automotive services business.

“One of Carlisle's main objectives will be to further align our Services offer to create maximum value for our clients, especially as the automotive market evolves in the years ahead.

“He has a wealth of experience gained at a very senior level in dynamic, changing business environments and we are delighted to welcome him to BCA on this next exciting phase of our journey.”
