CLM Fleet Management has again been awarded the Investors in People accreditation against the standard, marking 20 years of continuous accreditation.

CLM has been accredited with the IIP standard every year since 1997 and currently manages around 14,500 vehicles on behalf of corporate clients.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.

Underpinning the standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

Head of Investors in People Paul Devoy said: “We’d like to congratulate CLM on renewing its IIP accreditation. Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success.

"CLM should be extremely proud of its achievement.”

CLM’s managing director John Lawrence said: “We remain committed to setting the very highest standards in good people management.

"Therefore, we are delighted to have our accreditation to Investors in People renewed, continuing an unbroken period of accreditation that dates back 20 years.

“Our new certification is valid until 2020 and we will be striving our utmost to ensure that, when the time comes around again for its renewal, we continue to have in place the necessary people management framework to achieve the very highest standard again.”
