Intelligent Telematics has appointed Jamie Watson as field operations manager to “ensure quality service for fleets”.

Watson (pictured) will oversee the engineering team responsible for installation and all aspects of field-based activity, and brings “longstanding knowledge” to his role, having previously worked for four years as national engineering manager for Ctrack.

In addition to managing a team of 20 field-based engineers and a network of installation partners, the role involved the provision of accredited training to both customers and contractors as well as the development of detailed vehicle installation plans.

Intelligent Telematics’ managing director Justin White said: “Maintaining high service standards is a key part of our promise to customers, so it is crucial for us to have a skilled team of professionals in place to successfully deliver every aspect of our connected vehicle camera solution.

“Jamie brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the role, so we expect him to make a significant contribution to the business and support our ongoing success.”
