National Windscreens has welcomed Jan Teo as managing director, following the retirement of Pete Marsden.

Teo (pictured) took up her new role on November 27.

Following Marsden’s retirement announcement, National Windscreens conducted a thorough search of the marketplace and Teo’s expertise in planning and executing strategy, delivering commercial business growth, cultural development and transformation stood out among all the highly qualified candidates.

National Windscreens’ director Phil Lomas said: “Under Pete’s leadership, National Windscreens has undergone important and necessary change and is now a stronger company.

"We all look forward to welcoming Jan and believe that she will ensure the continued success and future growth of National Windscreens.”

She has an “impressive record of accomplishment in senior leadership roles” with blue chip organisations, most recently as chief operating officer for Deutsche Bank European Service Centres and as chief executive at Birmingham Royal Ballet.

Teo has strong experience in motoring and financial services sectors having previously directed service and business transformation at RAC, Lex Transfleet, Fraikin, Legal & General and Barclays.

“Pete Marsden will be leaving National Windscreens in great shape and I’m looking forward to leading the continued growth of the company and its highly respected brand,” said Teo.

“Our focus will remain firmly on the delivery of outstanding customer service through investment in people, innovation and technological leadership.”
