Peugeot has reduced the price of the Expert and e-Expert vans by £1,000 across the range.

The new model year sees updates across the entire Expert range, with every trim receiving a revised name. Prices start from £22,995 for the Expert and £32,450 (ex grant) for the e-Expert.

The range is now available in S Premium, Professional Premium and Asphalt Premium trims.

Entry-level S Premium models are exclusively sold in Standard length, while Professional Premium and Asphalt Premium models can be specified in Standard or Long lengths.

Professional Premium models can also be purchased in shortened Compact lengths, and is the trim level of choice on the Crew Van variant.

In response to increased customer demand for automatic versions, a new BlueHDi 145 EAT8 automatic powertrain has been introduced to the range. The gearbox will be offered on Professional Premium models.

The introduction of a new automatic engine on the Expert reflects our aim to always listen and respond to evolving customer expectations.”

All Expert and e-Expert models come standard with Peugeot Connect SOS & Assistance and a free six-month subscription to Free2Move Connect Fleet Telematics, which includes Fleet Management, Eco Driving and Geolocation packs.

Professional Premium models are fitted with a seven-inch capacitive colour touchscreen with DAB radio, Bluetooth handsfree and smartphone connectivity, as well as rear parking sensors, an alarm, air conditioning and automatic lights and windscreen wipers.

Asphalt Premium trims front and rear parking sensors with blind spot monitoring and rear parking camera, sat nav and 17-inch alloy wheels.

The e-Expert is available in both the Professional Premium and Asphalt Premium trims.

It offers two different battery sizes: a 50kWh and a 75kWh, on Standard and Long vehicle lengths. The 50kWh battery is capable of up to 143 miles (WLTP Combined) of range from a single charge, with the 75kWh unit increasing this to 205 (WTLP Combined). Both units support up to 100kW rapid charging.
