Pendragon Vehicle Management has changed its leadership structure.

The sales team is now led by new head of sales, Jon Hilton, who moves into the role after a brief time as head of new business. Hilton initially joined the company in 2010 as a graduate business development executive, before progressing to customer relationship manager.

Chris Leslie takes the role of head of new business, previously joining the company in 2013 as business capture manager.

Leslie brings to the position 20 years of experience within the automotive industry, beginning his career as a service advisor for VW and Porsche before being promoted to sales manager for BMW and later general sales manager for the Gilder Group in Sheffield.

Following this, Leslie owned and managed his own automotive consultancy business and worked with Inchcape as a consultant for Mercedes-Benz retail before moving to Pendragon Vehicle Management.

A new addition to the team is Chris Mangan, who joins the company as head of rental. Mangan's eight years of experience within the rental industry will help drive expansion and progression in the daily rental and flexi hire area of the business, focused on growing and developing all opportunities. He joins from flexi rental operation, AMT Vehicle Rental, with previous roles within major daily rental business, Europcar, and a number of daily rental brokers.

Neal Francis, (pictured), divisional managing director, said: “The new leadership structure forms the basis of our aspirations to strengthen and develop, whilst helping to enhance our service provision to new and existing customers by offering a complete and rounded variety of products via dedicated teams. On behalf of Pendragon Vehicle Management I would like to welcome all leaders to their new roles and look forward to both current and future customers reaping the benefits of our further service enhancements.”
