Customer service champions of the vehicle leasing industry were recognised at last night's FN50 Dinner.
Nominated by their employers, the staff members and teams are rewarded for their efforts to go above and beyond in their dedication to customer service.
The rising star award went to Kate Franks, team manager, Zenith. Kelly Kane, customer support manager at Alphabet, was highly commended.
The individual customer service award went to Jayne Sheehan, account manager at Arval, with Lee Holmes, also account manager at Arval, being highly commended.
The team award went to Alphabet's Customer First Team, with Lex Autolease's Implementation Team being highly commended.
