Cabin Fleet Manager

Pure are pleased to be working with our incredibly successful, family-run client based in Wickford to recruit a Cabin Fleet Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

The successful candidate will assist in the maintenance of updating fleet information and resolving queries from Management and other departments.

Day to day duties

To maintain up-to-date and accurate records of the fleet across the company
Numbering new fleet items
Loading new fleet across the company
Raising purchase orders for the new fleet
Liaising with depot personnel, suppliers and customers in order to obtain missing details
Checking details of fleet sales/disposals before sending to a director for authorisation
Ensuring prepayments for fleet sales and received before selling units off the system
Action and complete fleet sales
Maintain weekly/monthly reports
Assisting with weekly audits
Assisting to generate EPC Certificates
