Pod are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing business, who are seeking a Logistics Manager to join them on a 6 month FTC. This role can be based remotely, however there may be the need to travel to London once a month, or as and when required which can then be expensed.
As Logistics Manager, you would be responsible for managing the flow of goods from when they're produced to warehouses (located in the UK, US and NL), through to delivery to customers across multiple sales channels.
Role Responsibilities for the position of Logistics Manager -
Daily operational management of warehouses to ensure orders are being processed and delivered to agreed SLA's and cost efficiently
Managing B2B customer pre orders from creation through to delivery
In season order management, to advice the commercial team on stock availability, ensuring orders for stock subsequently purchased is placed with warehouses and delivered to customers
Key Skills and Experience Required for the Position of Logistics Manager -
4+ years' experience within Logistics, with experience managing third-party warehouses
Cost control and analysis of warehouse and logistics activities to ensure costs are managed and within budget
Experience working with ERP systems - (Netsuite experience would be ideal)
Experience working within B2B retail, monitoring B2B orders from placement to delivery
