The Role
The role is for an experienced Transport Manager working with a well-established nationwide transport, general haulage and logistics provider based in Birmingham. You will be responsible for the MAN management of a team of transport planners, compliance assistants and customer service advisors. You will be in charge of all employee relations, key client management as well as KPI management within your team.

Dealing with mechanical issues with a view to saving money on fuel & additional expenses within the company.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes;
You will have exposure in a similar role and must have experience in a management role in the general haulage sector. You will be confident in MAN management of small to medium teams and must be familiar with computerised systems and KPI/disciplinary processes within a logistics business. It is essential that you have exceptional industry knowledge & a valid international CPC.
