Transport Manager, Glasgow, £35,000.
Aspirare Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager for our client who specialise in Logistics and Distribution with over 60 units on the road and over 70 drivers who are continuing to win contracts UK Wide with very prestigious client base.
As a Transport Manager you will have a commercial background In a similar role with demonstrated experience in the following areas.
Ensuring legal compliance CPC certification is essential.
Managing budgets and running transport and ensuring legislation and compliance is adhered to.
Tachograph policies and procedures
Driver regulations and ensuring overall organisational leadership of this function.
Liaising with customers – external & internal departments
Maintaining administrative procedures
A Background in Transport is essential
