Global recycling organisation are looking for a commercially focused Transport Manager - Waste and recycling
You will manage logistics along with a large focus on change management and continuous improvement – not just daily management of the fleet

Package: £45 -50k depending on experience
Career: My client is a key global player within the recycling industry. They are looking for an organised Head of Transport to join their organisation. The right candidate will be from a commercial background and a strategic thinker.
Location: Northampton
Experience:
You will have experience in commercial collections, ideally waste collection
There is a requirement to assess the fleet and put forward a business case on the purchase of new vehicles
You will also improve the routing of a small fleet of vehicles who collect locally, as well as a fleet of articulated vehicles
You must have a CPC Transport Manager qualification
You could have worked in the following industries: Logistics, Transport, Freight Forwarder, Waste Management, Recycling, Waste including Hazardous, Clinical, Healthcare, Household, Confidential, Construction & Demolition, Chemicals, Aggregates, Quarrying, Shredding, Biomass, Tankers, Chemicals, Army or Military Logistics
