PEUGEOT sold almost 300 vehicles for a turnover in excess of £2.1 million at an auction at BCA Brighouse. The sale featured a range of Peugeot cars and commercial vehicles and attracted almost 60 Peugeot dealers.

The Peugeot 307 hatchback performed strongly across the range, averaging 103% of CAP Clean for vehicles with 8,000 registered miles.

The 206 also put in a strong performance – 73 examples were offered and sold averaging 103% at CAP Clean at 16,740 miles. The 406 averaged 114% of CAP Clean at 10,400 miles. Peugeot's used vehicle operations manager Phil Robson said: 'Our dealers bid strongly across the range of Peugeot product, reflecting the increasing demand being reported at retail level around the country during the last month.'

BCA manufacturer sales manager Alan Gupwell said: 'With such a desirable selection of product on offer, the bidding from Peugeot dealers was both confident and competitive. This was a strong result for Peugeot in a high volume sale.'
