Multitronic Audi

AUDI'S Multitronic transmission is now available for the 128bhp version of the A4 1.9 TDI.

The continuously variable transmission (CVT) allows drivers to choose an automatic without the associated increase in fuel consumption and emissions. With combined fuel consumption of 51.3mpg, the Multitronic model improves on the manual A4 1.9 TDI by 0.9mpg, and its carbon dioxide emissions at 149g/km are also lower.

Meanwhile the Multitronic takes 0.2 seconds longer to cover the 0-62mph sprint at 10.1 seconds.
