AUDI has replaced the Sport version of the 190bhp A4 1.8T with a performance-focused variant called S line.

Available in saloon and Avant versions and with the option of standard front-wheel drive or quattro four-wheel drive, the S line offers RS6-style alloy wheels, sports suspension, part-leather seats and aluminium trim. The saloon covers 0-62mph in 8.2 seconds, hits 147mph and achieves 32.8mpg on the combined cycle. Prices start at £22,025.
