A GROUP of almost 70 industry bodies and firms have launched a new website designed to help fleets get to grips with occupational road safety.

The Occupational Road Safety Alliance (ORSA) website gives advice for fleets developing a risk management plan, with information on legislation, business and training providers and industry figures.
Kevin Clinton, head of road safety at RoSPA, said: 'Orsa now has 67 members and believes that all employers, large or small, private or public, should seek to develop a systematic approach to managing occupational road risk.
'They need to be sure they have the correct people, policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety of their employees and other road users.'
