  • RICHARD Arnold has joined the Helphire Group as business development manager, responsible for generating new business with manufacturers, dealers and contract hire companies. Arnold brings 17 years’ experience to the Helphire Group, which provides assistance for drivers involved in non-fault accidents. Prior to joining the group, Arnold held several senior positions in groups such as Lumley Auto and Nationwide Network Services.

  • ANDREA Jones has rejoined fleet software group cfc solutions as marketing team leader. She left cfc solutions three years ago to pursue other marketing roles and returns to oversee all marketing activity including the launch of new products. She will also be responsible for cfc’s sister company Pinewood.

  • RAC Software Solutions has appointed Aidan Rowsome as managing director reporting to George Webb, group managing director of Lex Defence and RAC Software Solutions. Rowsome joins from asset management company ADB Systems and in his new role will be responsible for driving the company forward. He said: ‘I will focus on the challenge of maintaining our market leadership and enhancing our customer experience. As well as the economics, the increasing emphasis on duty of care and green issues form the new legal and social environment in which fleet managers work. We will ensure that we continue to support an ever- growing range of clients to help them in their jobs.’

  • STUART Pearson has been appointed as centre manager responsible for British Car Auctions’ new remarketing centre in Bedford. Pearson will move from his current position as manager of BCA Preston when he begins the new role. He will be responsible for a team including sales and operations manager David Broughton and business administration manager Louise Clark.

  • HITACHI Capital Vehicle Solutions has recruited Alan Mountain to join its business development team for the south west region. Mountain brings several years’ experience to the group including six years as business development manager for HSBC, where he was responsible for handling public sector, commercial vehicle and car fleet finance. In his new role he will be responsible for boosting both commercial and car business for the group.

  • ATS EUROMASTER has appointed Leon Atkins as group health, safety and corporate affairs director. He has been promoted from the role of company secretary and will be responsible for developing the group’s health and safety objectives.His main focus will be on risk management and educating employees on health and safety issues.
