WITH the extra congestion the summer brings, the Highways Agency has produced a new leaflet to help drivers avoid the major jams.

The pocket-sized guide includes information for drivers including tips and contact details for up-to-the-minute traffic and travel information before embarking on a journey, as well as safety advice.

The guide is available by emailing ha_info@highways.gsi.gov.uk and quoting reference number HA61/06.
