FLEET management group Zenith Vehicle Contracts has promoted Paul Titchmarsh to the role of purchasing and data manager.

Titchmarsh has been with the company for 11 years in a number of roles. His main field is managing data and residual value risks. In his new role, he will continue to manage risk and develop vehicle manufacturer relationships.
