Pricewatch: BMW 320d v Mercedes-Benz C220 CDI

WHEN it comes to the premium upper-medium sector, the BMW 3 Series reigns, picking up awards and sales at an impressive rate.

And despite selling in large numbers the range maintains amazingly strong residual values. Mercedes-Benz is aware of this and will be planning to end BMW’s leadership when its new C-Class goes on sale in June.

With an increased focus on driving dynamics and safety, the C-Class is a massive improvement over its predecessor, but will it be able to match the 3 Series in RV terms?
