How was your first day?
I felt like I had gone back in time. It was a bit surreal as I saw a lot of people I had previously worked with, so in a way I felt at home.
How does your new role vary from your last job?
Very different as I was not dealing with a tangible product as I was in recruitment and people can be very unreliable –although I suppose vehicles can be, but at least we have a back-up if that occurs.
What has been your greatest challenge in the role so far?
Having patience and trying to understand that good deals don’t come overnight.
What item could you not live without?
I would need two – my car and a dictaphone.
