Describe your role.

I help my team develop relationships and provide tailored solutions for fleet customers with between 75 and 500 vehicles.

What are you working on at the moment?

Helping our customers manage the tough economic conditions and providing recommendations that will help them take advantage of the forthcoming changes to vehicle capital allowances.

How is the fleet industry changing at the minute?

The fleet industry is very focused on lowering CO2 emissions, as well as improving driver safety.

What has been your greatest challenge at work?

Making the new breed of fleet decision-makers understand that the wholelife cost of their fleet operation is far more important than a lease rate.

And your greatest success?

When we convince fleets to judge a supplier on their wholelife cost solution and service level delivery.

What item could you not live without?

No item is that crucial. Motivated people with a sense of humour and high integrity are most important to me, though music would be something I would miss.
