Chevrolet sees record sales

Chevrolet has seen a successful 2007 topped by an even better start to 2008.

January saw 2,079 Chevrolet sales in the UK, an increase of 81.4% over the same time last year.

For the first time, it outsold Hyundai, Kia and Suzuki sales in the value-for-money car market.

During 2007 Chevrolet saw its registrations rise by 27.6%, mostly thanks to the Captiva SUV.

Two more Chevrolet models are planned for spring 2008 – the Epica Saloon and the Aveo supermini.
