E.ON has awarded a three-year £100 million contract to Lloyds TSB Autolease to manage its fleet in several European countries.

The deal includes the management of a 7,500-vehicle fleet in Germany, 2,300 vehicles in Hungary, 6,000 in the UK and 2,000 in the Czech Republic.

Its environmental best practice services, its pan-European reach and its ability to provide specialist equipment were key factors in Lloyds TSB Autolease winning contract.

”We chose Lloyds TSB Autolease for a number of reasons.

"We have a carbon initiative to reduce our CO2 emissions which Lloyds TSB Autolease has proactively assisted us with.

"As we are a large utility company, we have a wide range of specific requirements, from small cars to large specialist vehicles and Autolease can provide us with this,” said David Graham, fleet manager at E.ON.
