Repair Choice Ltd has launched its Three Routes to Repair Programme.

It says this offers a fresh and highly effective approach to the delivery of vehicle repair, incident management and repair network solutions.

Its target audience is the retail, insurer and corporate fleet sectors and with its new generation of technically advanced products, system design and process innovations its already turning heads, claims the company.

Business manager Mike Gibbons said: “It was clear there was a gap in the market for a full and encompassing total repair management product supported by a new type of repairer network.

“By using Repair Choice our customers have no risk of a vehicle being repaired using an inappropriate repair method in an uncontrolled environment for the sake of profit as can happen with a fragmented supply chain."

Each of the locations deliver onsite or mobile cosmetic and minor repair services, minor to medium damage repairs through the 24hr Express repair bays and major repairs through the Traditional production line.

General manager Phil Webb added: “Delivering the most economic route to vehicle repair is core to our thinking and we are unique in the UK market in successfully delivering this methodology through our three routes to repair programme.

"We have tested our new approach with a number of high utilisation fleets and have been able to clearly measure real and substantial reductions in repair cycle and vehicle off road time and demonstrated cost reduction at both the primary and secondary cost level. The Repair Choice business case is compelling and delivers real value to both the customer and the supply chain.”
