Smart Accident Management appoints fleet business manager

Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the fleet accident management sector, and having developed support programmes for some of the largest fleets in the UK, Matt is ideally placed to help Smart Accident Management (SAM) strengthen its Fleet provision.

Commenting on the appointment Craig Finnon, managing director of SAM said “We’re delighted to appoint Matt. His background in the accident management sector is second to none, and we’re sure that he’ll be able to work with our existing clients and to help us forge new relationships in the Fleet Sector. This appointment demonstrates how serious we are about providing our Fleet customers with an outstanding level of customer service.”

In Chessell’s opinion joining SAM provides him with the perfect opportunity to make use of his experience “I always work best when I have an opportunity to really understand a client’s requirements. Better understanding leads to innovative solutions. And these in turn lead to reduced costs. SAM works in exactly the same way, so the chance to join was too good to resist”.

Finnon is confident that Chessell’s appointment gives SAM a competitive edge in the market, “At SAM our strategy is simple – develop partnerships that bring mutual benefits, build lasting relationships and make significant investments to make sure these partnerships succeed. With Matt on board, we’re sure we can succeed in all of these areas”.
