Audi appoints interim head of marketing

Philip Olden has been appointed head of marketing while Audi seeks a permanent replacement for Peter Duffy

Olden, who has held a number of senior marketing roles across a range of prestige and luxury international brands, joins the marketing team at the Audi UK Headquarters.

He will be reporting to Jeremy Hicks, director of Audi UK. Hicks said: “Audi is a very fast-growing brand in the UK and we need the very best staff in each specialist field to drive this success. We have decided to take our time to secure our long term replacement for Peter Duffy, who has had a tremendous impact on our communications standards over the last three years.

“We are very fortunate to have the considerable expertise of Philip Olden with us for as long as it takes to identify our permanent candidate and we shall be taking full advantage of his prestige brand skills during the time he is here.”
