Jaama has appointed Mark Welch to expand its customer services team.
Welch joins the business after seven years of service at CFC Solutions. His career history also includes a spell at vehicle leasing company Lex Autolease and in Madrid as a customer services representative for telecommunications company Alcatel.
Jaama sales and operations director Martin Evans said: “Many businesses have recognised that investing in new technology during the economic downturn will improve business opportunities and fleet operating efficiency.
“We have enjoyed a significant number of business wins already this year which has resulted in the need to increase our client services team.
“We recently expanded our client implementation team with the appointment of Tom Mansbridge to help customers gain the most benefit from their Key2 systems and have now boosted our customer services team with the addition of Mark.”
